My First Time Biking On A Trail

It was a big step up—those rolling hills from trees, roots, rocks, and technical sections demanded way more focus than I was used to. Seeing all the pros ripping through the lines made me super nervous at first. My heart was racing, and my mind was buzzing with doubt.

But the moment I dropped in, everything shifted. The nerves melted away, replaced by pure hype—I felt ready, powerful, and alive. My ADHD kicked in as a superpower: that quick thinking helped me spot roots and rocks ahead, stay balanced through the twists, and react fast to keep the tires rolling.

What could have been overwhelming became exhilarating. The trail forced me to stay present, and in that flow, I stayed on the bike and felt unstoppable.
